Shipping

Where does ANASAA ship to?

Currently, we ship within Malaysia only. We're still new and we'd like to make sure there we can only give you the best quality, care, and reliability for every order. International shipping will be introduced in the future when we sort out the kinks.

Which courier do you use?

All our orders are shipped via J&T Express Malaysia as it covers nationwide and have been dependable.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM12.00
  • Sabah & Sarawak: RM14.00

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping starts at a minimum purchase of RM249. That's a Serene set (with set discount)!

Delivery & Tracking

How long does it take to process my order?

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number that can be used to track your parcel directly via J&T Express.

Return & Exchanges

What items are eligible for returns or exchanges?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • An incorrect item or size was sent
What conditions must items meet to be accepted for return?

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Sale or promotional items unless defective
  • Damage caused by improper use or care
Who covers return shipping costs?

If the return is due to our error, return shipping will be fully covered by us. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page on our website with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

Refunds

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

ANASAA reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Policies may be updated periodically to reflect operational improvements.
