Returns & Exchanges

Each ANASAA piece undergoes careful inspection before dispatch. Should you require assistance, our team is here to support you.

Eligible Returns / Exchanges

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and apply only if:

1.⁠ ⁠The item is defective
2.⁠ ⁠The item arrives damaged
3.⁠ ⁠An incorrect item or size was sent

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted


Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Damage caused by improper use or care


Return Shipping

If the return is due to an ANASAA error, return shipping will be fully covered by ANASAA

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable
